Core Monthly Bookkeeping Packages
Your monthly price is based on:
- Number of monthly transactions
- Number of business bank and credits accounts to reconcile
- Any additional reporting or tracking needs
The Essential Package is ideal for freelancers, solopreneurs, and low-activity businesses that need accurate books without unnecessary complexity. This package includes monthly reconciliation of up to two bank or credit card accounts, categorization of income and expenses, and delivery of standard financial reports. It’s perfect for staying organized and ready for tax season without overspending.
Price: Starting at $225/month.
The Standard Package is designed for growing small businesses with a steady volume of transactions and up to three active business accounts. This package includes monthly reconciliation, categorization, and review of up to 200 transactions, along with standard financial reports and basic month-end checks. It’s a great fit for service providers, online businesses, and professional practices ready for consistent, reliable bookkeeping.
Price: Starting at $375/month.
The Premium Package is built for established businesses with higher transaction volume or added complexity. It includes monthly reconciliation of up to five accounts, support for up to 350 transactions, detailed categorization, and standard financial reporting. This package is ideal for businesses with multiple revenue streams, part-time contractors, or those beginning to scale operations and needing dependable financial clarity each month.
Price: Starting at $525/month.
The Advanced Package is tailored for high-volume or multi-entity businesses with complex financial activity. This package supports reconciliation of multiple accounts, 350+ transactions per month, and more advanced tracking or reporting needs. It’s ideal for business owners who need robust bookkeeping across departments, locations, or business segments—without sacrificing accuracy or oversight.
Price: Custom pricing, starting at $700/month based on your business’s size and complexity.
Each package includes:
- Monthly reconciliation of business accounts
- Categorization of income and expenses
- Standard financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Month-end financial checks
- Access to a secure client portal
- We also offer optional add-ons for businesses that need more.
Not every business needs monthly bookkeeping. If your transaction volume is low or your business activity is more seasonal, quarterly services might be a better fit. We offer flexible options for businesses that don’t need month-to-month support but still want clean, accurate books and regular financial reports.

A Cleanup is the process of bringing your past bookkeeping up to date. If your records are behind, incomplete, or inaccurate, we’ll go back through your historical transactions to reconcile accounts, correct errors, and organize your financials. This ensures your books are accurate before we begin ongoing services. If you need cleanup work, we’ll discuss the scope during your consultation and factor it into your custom pricing based on how many months need to be cleaned up and the complexity of your records.
Onboarding & Cleanup Pricing
Every client starts with a short onboarding phase to get your systems aligned and your books ready for ongoing service. We break it into clear, one-time phases to keep your pricing fair and transparent.
Onboarding Phase
In this phase, we collect your basic business information, set up your secure client portal, and gather the documentation we’ll need to get started. It’s a simple but essential step to make sure everything is organized and communication flows smoothly.
Price: $200 flat fee
Software Setup Phase
Whether you’re using QuickBooks Online, Xero, or another supported platform, we’ll configure your accounting file to match your business operations. This includes setting up or reviewing your chart of accounts, linking financial accounts, and creating automation rules for efficiency.
Price: $150 flat fee
Cleanup Phase
If your books are behind or disorganized, we’ll clean up your historical data so you start with accurate, complete records. This includes reconciling accounts, categorizing past transactions, and correcting errors. The cost depends on how many months need to be cleaned up and the complexity of your records.
Price: Starting at $125/month of historical data, with a 33% discount applied for cleanup months only.
We’ll quote these one-time fees after your discovery call based on how far back your records need to be brought up to date and how organized your data is.
Optional Add-Ons
We don’t advertise payroll, invoicing, or bill pay–but we’re open to discussing these services for established clients if the scope is right.
Other available add-ons include:
- Tracking classes, locations, or departments
- Custom financial reports or KPIs
- Quarterly advisory video summaries
- Multi-entity tracking
All add-ons are quoted separately.
Software Compatibility
We primarily work with Quickbooks Online and Xero. If you’re not already using accounting software, we’ll review your business activity and give you a quote that fits–no surprises.
